90g pecans (about 1 cup)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin & coriander mix, toasted and ground
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
Preheat oven to 175 deg C.
Verdict: They were good although Mark found them a little sweet.
